Step inside a classic New Hampshire log cabin with modern finishes: warm pine flooring, a cathedral ceiling, and exposed wooden beams that add character and charm. The main level is open-concept, with the kitchen, dining area, and living room flowing together. Large windows frame the lake and hill views and fill the home with natural light. The kitchen features custom cabinets, an electric cooktop, plenty of counter space, and a beautiful view of the lake while you cook. The living room centers around a heated electric fireplace, perfect for curling up after a day on the slopes or out on the ice. A large deck and screened-in porch give you extra space to enjoy the lake views. Four bedrooms mean there is room for everyone. The upstairs primary bedroom has a premium mattress and feels private and quiet. A finished basement adds a second living area with a game room featuring shuffleboard, Pac-Man arcade, and foosball. The backyard is your lakefront playground: private beach area, swim dock, large grassy yard, and your own dock on Hermit Lake. We provide four kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboat for summer use, plus snowshoes for winter adventures. Use the house as your hub for ski days—Gunstock Mountain is about 30 minutes away, Ragged Mountain about 35 minutes, and both Loon Mountain and Waterville Valley are roughly 40 minutes.
